PATHS and MAPS Person-Centered Planning
ADAPT Manitoba provides educators with resources to support effective collaborative planning meetings such as PATH AND MAPS. PATH is a strategy which focuses on developing a plan for people who get stuck and need a plan to move forward. MAPS is a strategy designed to assess gifts and dreams for people who need help identifying their strengths. Schools can use MAPS to help students appreciate the diversity in their classroom.

Student Involvement in Recreational Activities
This project from the University of Wisconsin Madison provides High School educators with ideas and resources to encourage inclusion of students in recreational activities. The supports provided through this project, provide tools and ideas to create environments which foster self-determination.
